| Musical Artists Theatre welcomes the submission of original musicals for possible production at Riverside Stage. We are particularly interested in offering the use of our space for the presentation of new work by writers who are willing and able to produce the work themselves. Depending on the scope of the project, MAT will assist the authors with casting and auditions, building sets and costumes, and use of the theater for rehearsals and performances. Musical accompaniment, either live or recorded, is enitrely the responsibility of the authors. Riverside Stage is a 100-seat proscenium theater. Due to physical limitations, cast size and production requirements should be minimal. Only work whose rights are entirely owned or have been acquired by the authors will be considered. Musical Artists Theatre offers no compensation to the authors beyond its production, nor will MAT require any compensation from or participation in future productions.
