|Michael Hulett, the playwright and composer, has twice garnered first prize in national
competitions. His published plays and musicals are regularly performed in America and
Europe. New York productions include Basin Street, with music by jazz legend Turk Murphy.
He is presently writing the book for the Broadway revival of Bubbling Brown Sugar.
Riverside Stage is a joint project of Musical Artists Theatre, Inc. and Salem Lutheran Church.
The two organizations anticipate the new theater, located next to Riverside Park near Federal
Hill, will serve as a community performing arts center, offering plays, concerts and events
throughout the year.
Performances are April 18, 19, 24, 25, 26 at 8:00 p.m., and Sundays, April 20 and 27 at 3:00.
The playâ€™s content is suitable for all ages. Home made desserts and refreshments
Tickets are priced at $10.00, groups of 10 or more, $8.
