Registration: You will know if your child is registered if your check has cleared your bank.     

We do not deposit checks unless we have space for your child and until your child's registration is complete.

Final Payment:  Final payment of tuition is due by June 1, 2008.  The total amount of tuition is $395.
     If you paid a deposit of $50 then the balance due would be $345.

Donations other than tuition are fully tax-deductible and help support our mission of training and providing opportunities for performing artists, of introducing and educating audiences, of expanding public awareness
and advancing the American musical theater as an art form.
Camp Hours:  Camp begins at 9:00 a.m. and concludes at 4:25 p.m. 
     Parents are invited to observe the afternoon repertory sessions from 3:30-4:25 p.m.
   

It is very important that students arrive on time for morning warm-ups so that they will be properly conditioned for the day's activities.  It is also important that students remain through the last rehearsal period of the day because that is their only opportunity to rehearse the full production number with the entire camp.
Extended Care:  If you must drop off or pick up your child outside regular camp hours
     (8:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.), please contact us
before registering to discuss alternative arrangements.
What To Bring:   

          A water bottle that can be refilled throughout the day.
          At least 2 substantial snacks (fruit and crackers, juice and cookies) and a wholesome lunch. 
          Please try to avoid refined sugar in your food choices
.
What To Wear:

          Dress in T-shirt or tank top and shorts.
          Bring a large, old shirt for use as a painting smock.
          Shoes should be either dance shoes or a light-weight tennis shoe with cotton socks. 
         
NO black soles, NO crocs, NO sandals and NO flip-flops.
         
On the final (performance) day, wear dark shorts with NO lettering. Camp T-shirt will be provided.
Carver Camp:     

          The Camp takes place from June 23 through July 3, 2008, Monday through Friday. 
              
The camp will not be held on Friday, July 4.
          Drop-off is no earlier than 8:45 a.m. and pick-up is no later than 4:30 p.m. 
          There are two performances on the final day of the Camp; one at 12:00 p.m. and one at 1:30 p.m. 
               All students are required to participate in both performances. 
          All students must be picked up by 2:15 p.m. after the final performance on Thursday, July 3.
Chesapeake Arts Camp:   

          The Camp takes place from July 14 – 25, 2008, Monday through Friday.
          Drop-off is no earlier than 8:45 a.m. and pick-up is no later than 4:30 p.m.,
               at the backstage entrance of the main theater.
          There is one performance on the final day of the Camp at 12:30 p.m.
          All students must be picked up by 2:00 p.m. after the performance on Friday, July 25.
Key School Camp:

          The Camp takes place from August 4 – 15, 2008, Monday through Friday.
          Drop-off is no earlier than 8:45 a.m. and pick-up is no later than 4:30 p.m.,
               at the gazebo next to the activity building..
          There is one performance on the final day of the Camp at 12:30 p.m.
          All students must be picked up by 2:00 p.m. after the performance on Friday, August 15.
