| Auditions For A CHRISTMAS CAROL Saturday, September 17, 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. Monday, September 19, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Musical Artists Theatre is seeking strong singers, children and adults, who are good at performing character roles and singing parts for its upcoming production of "A Christmas Carol, The Musical" at Riverside Stage, 1530 Battery Ave., Baltimore, 21230 This acclaimed musical production of the Charles Dickens classic has been hailed for its faithfulness to the original book in both word and spirit, and the authenticity of its period costumes and scenery. All the roles are featured and offer both solo and choral singing opportunities. The cast is multi-ethnic and multi-racial. Please prepare a song and bring recorded accompaniment on a tape or CD, or you may audition a cappella. An accompanist will NOT be provided. Dancing ability is not required. Production dates are December 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, Friday and Saturday evenings, plus Saturday AND Sunday matinees. Rehearsals to begin mid-October. Please do not audition if you are unable to make all of the show dates and evening rehearsals during tech week, December 4 - 9.
